Hanging weight will range from 350-400 lbs. Actual take home retail cuts will vary somewhat depending on your cutting selections, but you can expect approximately 65% of the hanging weight (so around 230 - 260 lbs)
Price includes processing and packaging. (Standard packaging is freezer wrapped and is good for 6 months in the freezer. Vacuum packaging is available for $.25/lb extra, or around $60/share, and will easily last 1 year). Meat will come frozen in individual packages, all packed nicely in 5-6 boxes.
