Handcrafted by Alpine Heritage Creamery, a small on-farm creamery in Paradise, PA. Made with organic grass-fed raw milk from the herd of Jersey cows that graze the pastures surrounding the Creamery.
Aged approximately 4-8 months and smoked over Applewood for a rubust smokey flavor. Delicious when melted on a burger. Also excellent with cured meats and pickled vegetables.
