- It comes from cows that are cared for and raised the right way. The cows go out to pasture and when they come into the barn to be milked, they are fed forages that are free of hormones, antibiotics, or GMO's.
- The milk is only low-temp pasteurized, preserving all the nutrients. Most milk out there is ultra-pasteurized at very high temperatures, destroying everything in the milk, both the good and the bad.
- The milk is non-homoginized. It is left in it's natural state so that the cream rises to the top (hence the term "cream line milk").
