Microgreens are mini versions of regular herbs and vegetables that are harvested while the plants are still young. They tend to be more intense in flavor and in addition to being delicious, they are full of nutrients and antioxidants, from 4 to 40 times the amount of a fully grown plant. We wait to cut our micro greens until the last possible second to ensure the freshest quality! We grow our micro greens here on the farm, chemical free. Microgreens can be used in or added to just about anything! Top your omelet, salad, burger or pizza, add to your soup, stir fry or healthy drink or just add as a garnish or a pop of flavor to any dish.
